La nostra storia
Three generations, one table.
In 1987, Nonna Carmela opened a single room with eight tables and a wood-burning oven. She had no menu — only whatever the market offered that morning. Thirty-seven years later, nothing has changed.
We still source from the same farmers in Lazio. We still make our pasta by hand each morning. We still believe that great food needs no theatre — only patience, quality, and a table worth lingering at.
